Job Description
Ipsos Synthesio is seeking an Associate Product Manager (intern) to embark on an exciting journey into product management. Mentored by a Senior Product Manager and collaborating with skilled engineers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the product squad delivers impactful features. Your responsibilities will include tracking milestone activities, documenting process workflows, and identifying potential risks to schedules, all while gaining invaluable experience in the product development lifecycle.

As an Associate Product Manager intern, you will be fully embedded in an agile product squad and assist a Senior Product Manager in the three phases of the Product Management lifecycle:

Discovery: You will participate in market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to help design new products/features for Synthesio.

Delivery: You will assist in organizing development sprints by drafting and refining user stories, participating in squad ceremonies (DSU, sprint planning, retrospective), and tracking progress against milestones.

Go-to-market: In collaboration with the sales activation team, you will help prepare training materials and assist in the enablement of stakeholders, ops, CSM, sales, and users.
Preferred Experience

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a growing technical understanding. Must have an unshakable attention to detail.

Ability to understand tech trends, analyze their impact on the roadmap, and envision how they could drive innovation.

Familiarity with or eagerness to learn agile methodology and data-informed product development.

Highly motivated to work in a tech company. We wear multiple hats, and you will be offered a great opportunity to explore different areas of the business.

Professional level in French and English.

Knowledge of or interest in SaaS products, Cutting-edge technology or social media would be a plus.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
