For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are looking for a Senior Tech & Digital Talent Acquisition Partner.
As Senior Tech & Digital TA Partner you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the program’s growing technical & digital needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech & digital industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the program’s employer brand.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1.Talent Sourcing:

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified tech& digital professionals for current and future hiring needs.

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
2. Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
3. Employer Branding:

Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the IT industry.

Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials.
4. Market Research:

Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for top IT talent.

Extensive experience as a Tech & Digital Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successful placements.

In-depth knowledge of Tech & Digital roles, technologies, and industry trends.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
