En tant que Responsable de la Planification des produits finis France pour les activités « Energie T&I-PwD», le candidat aura la charge de la consolidation des activités de planification des Produits Finis auprès des différentes usines FR.
Responsable de la disponibilité des Produits Finis en phase avec les besoins des clients en France ou à l’Export.
Le candidat supervisera, consolidera et ajustera les volumes issus du S&OP, en collaboration avec les Responsables de production / Directeurs d’établissement, et définira les plans de capacité et de production au niveau macro et micro avec l’équipe de fabrication, afin de maintenir un niveau de stock optimal tout en garantissant un service à la clientèle conforme aux directives de la Direction Supply Chain France.
Assurera continuellement une analyse des causes profondes des dysfonctionnements et prendra les décisions nécessaires à la mise en place d’actions d’amélioration des performances de la planification de la production jusqu’à la mise à disposition à la Distribution clients.
Un forte capacité d’analyse des données et l’attention portée aux détails, ainsi qu’une approche tactique, une supervision globale et une autonomie seront des compétences essentielles. Dans le même temps, il sera essentiel de pouvoir interagir avec plusieurs parties prenantes (internes et externes), en trouvant les meilleurs compromis opérationnels visant à atteindre les objectifs demandés.
Relevant du Responsable Planification & Approvisionnement France, le candidat dirigera fonctionnellement les équipes de planification/ordonnancement intégrées aux différentes usines. Une capacité de voyager en France est nécessaire.
Responsabilités principales :
- Exécution des S&OP
- Forecast et analyse des données SAP
- Décision tactique entre la capacité des équipements et les allocations de produits en prenant en compte les retards de production ou de livraison demandant une priorisation stratégique des clients.
- Plan de gestion des volumes en termes de production et d’allocation clients (câbles d’énergie et composés)
- KPI et reporting de planification (MAD, taux d’adhérence, taux de service clients, obsolescence stock, …)
- Prendre les initiatives d’amélioration de la chaîne logistique pour optimiser les processus de planification des produits Finis à court, moyen et long terme.
- Participation à des projets relatifs aux secteur Planification/Approvisionnement
Aptitudes et compétences :
- Diplôme en ingénierie de gestion / économie / mathématiques ou domaines connexes
- Expérience avérée dans les rôles de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (minimum 5-7 ans d’expérience)
- Bonne connaissance des processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (S&OP, planification des stocks, approvisionnement, suivi des KPI, projets d’optimisation, …)
- Connaissance de SAP, du Pack Office MS et du système de reporting (autres outils de BI)
- Aptitude à convaincre et à résoudre des problèmes en équipe.
- Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais
- Communicatif, fédérateur et logique
- Possibilité de travailler en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel.

As Finished Goods Planning Manager France for the "Energy T&I-PwD" activities, the candidate will be in charge of the consolidation of the Finished Goods planning activities with the different FR plants.
Responsible for the availability of Finished Products in line with the needs of customers in France or abroad.
The candidate will supervise, consolidate and adjust S&OP volumes, in collaboration with the Production Managers / Plant Managers, and define capacity and production plans at macro and micro level with the manufacturing team, in order to maintain an optimal stock level while guaranteeing a customer service in accordance with the directives of the Supply Chain France Management.
Will continuously ensure root cause analysis of malfunctions and make decisions to implement performance improvement actions from production planning to customer distribution.
Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail, as well as a tactical approach, global supervision and autonomy will be essential skills. At the same time, the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), finding the best operational trade-offs to achieve the required objectives will be essential.
Reporting to the Head of Planning & Procurement France, the candidate will functionally lead the planning/scheduling teams integrated in the different plants. Ability to travel within France is required.
Main responsibilities:
- Execution of S&OP
- Forecast and analysis of SAP data
- Tactical decision between equipment capacity and product allocations taking into account production or delivery delays requiring strategic prioritisation of customers.
- Volume management plan in terms of production and customer allocation (energy cables and compounds)
- KPI and planning reporting (MAD, adherence rate, customer service rate, stock obsolescence, ...)
- Undertake supply chain improvement initiatives to optimise the planning processes of finished goods in the short, medium and long term.
- Participation in projects related to the Planning/Procurement sector
Skills and competences :
- Degree in management engineering / economics / mathematics or related fields
- Proven experience in supply chain roles (minimum 5-7 years experience)
- Good knowledge of supply chain processes (S&OP, stock planning, procurement, KPI tracking, optimisation projects, ...)
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office package and reporting system (other BI tools)
- Ability to convince and solve problems in a team.
- Fluency in French and English
- Communicative, team player and logical
- Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment.
