As the CTO's right-hand man for operations, you will BE responsible for the performance of R&D projects according to objective criteria : OQD, OTD, OCD and sustainability.
To do this, you will lead the project management department, the project quality department, and the quotation project department.
You will represent the R&D on the Operations Committee (COMOP)
The deputy CTO's tasks will BE as follows :
- R&D portfolio management including S&OP process and workload / capacity management.
- R&D portfolio performance and delivery steering
- Quality and delivery hurdles management
- Performance and competitiveness management through processus improvement management and change management.
- LLI (Lagging & Leading Indicators) implementation and management
- Sub-contracting : performance management
- Risk management at organizational level
- Training, awareness, mentoring
If you have a strong background in optimizing customer experience, R&D processes, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, and driving change management, this opportunity is tailored for you.
- Engineering degree in a technical field (engineering, sciences, project management, etc.) preferabily in the automotive or transportation business
- Significant experience in R&D performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and use of performance management tools.
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire change and lead successful improvement initiatives.
