工作职责:
1)全权操盘,运筹帷幄
· 负责山西、内蒙古全域客户的计划和执行工作,完成销售指标;
· 从客户视角出发,推动可持续的盈利和增长,赋能客户,做有效的进销存管理,确保公司策略完美执行。
2)走深走广,赢在市场
· 制定可持续的省份生意发展战略,布局品类、渠道及客户;
· 洞察外部市场和消费者趋势、挖掘出趋势渠道以及品类,同时推动新零售渠道增长,推动城市群全面覆盖。
3)先锋领航,创优争先
· 培养人才梯队,赋能业务能力,提升团队效率,打造高绩效团队。
工作要求:
1)拥有3年左右快消行业销售工作经验,有团队管理经验或全域销售经验者优先;
2)具备较强的数据导向、逻辑思维以及聚焦行业动态能力;
3)渴望成功,并追求高绩效结果,具备先锋精神。
