CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of two operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements - income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our centres of excellence' and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.
What will you do
Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the team, ensuring that all services are rendered in an accurate and timely manner.
Accountable for the cross-location collaboration (other GSP Centers) to ensure contingency support as well as consistency in procedures and delivery.
Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - first level of escalation.
Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation
Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year.
Accountable for the appraisal process (set clear annual business objectives and review them mid-year), absence tracking.
Responsible for identifying areas where efficiencies and accuracy improvements can BE made and implement a plan of action.
