Mobility Business Manager F - M - N H/F
IntHy, acteur innovant de la transition énergétique, propose à ses clients et partenaires des solutions d'énergie et de mobilité décarbonée. La stratégie d'Inthy repose sur deux piliers :
- La production locale et le stockage d'énergie verte (solaire, éolien, hydrogène, batterie) ;
- Le développement d'une mobilité électrique et hydrogène clé en main à destination des collectivités et du secteur du transport et de la logistique.
IntHy propose une approche intégrée sur tout le cycle de vie d'un projet (du développement à l'exploitation avec une stratégie d'investissement de long terme) et dispose d'un savoir-faire technologique avec des solutions logicielles dédiées au pilotage et à l'optimisation de projets de puissances variables.
IntHy regroupe aujourd'hui une cinquantaine de collaborateurs, répartis sur 3 sites principaux : Paris, Dijon et Belfort.
You will play a key role to support Inthy's mobility strategy. You will work closely with the Sales team and will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to structure Inthy's offering.
You will have the following four strategic missions :
- Build Electro-mobility turnkey offer
- Structure Inthy's standard turnkey electric heavy-duty mobility offer (Truck as a Service, TAAS) with all core components across the value chain : Interconnection to power grid, Battery storage, Charge points, Energy sourcing, Truck, Operational process
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project developers, engineers, and finance professionals, to ensure the optimal design of our TAAS offer
- Define the optimal energy sourcing strategy for Inthy for the electro-mobility needs
- Establish and nurture partnerships with industry players, and technology providers to build Inthy's electro mobility end to end solutions
- Support Sales team to onboard customers with our electro-mobility offer
- Prepare technical material for Sales team
- Own and develop strategic tools to boost our Sales activity
- BE the technical lead of Inthy's proposal in front of clients
- Deliver fully packaged proposal to customers :
- Refine the standard offer for each customer and adjust to fulfil customers' needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the development & operations team to align our proposal to customers
- Build the final binding proposal for customer
- Lead projects for each customer acquired by the Sales team, from the first contact to the delivery of the binding offer
- BE responsible in front of the end customer of the successful delivery of Inthy's binding proposal
- Define and implement Inthy's electricity sourcing strategy
- Define Inthy's broader electricity needs for its mobility ecosystems including a variety of assets (electrolyser, batteries, charge point)
- Identify key energy partners and consult them
- Implement the optimal electricity procurement strategy

This is a permanent and full-time position.
You are the right person for this position if your profile fits the following :
- Background :
- MS. Or PHD in top-ranked engineering or business school
- Relevant experience in the energy or mobility sector between 5 to 10 years
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Skills required :
- Strong understanding of electricity markets and procurement strategy
- Project Management, including budget oversight
- Knowledge of the electro mobility sector and its challenges,
- Client facing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
