POSITION TITLE
Digital Tracking Specialist
Reporting to Intelligence Manager
Main objectives
- Lead Europcar International Digital Analytics
- Propose and enhance dashboards and web analytics reporting suites
- Ensure quality of data collected by web-analytics tools
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Manage Digital analytics tools (tag management, Google Analytics etc) and provide trainings to the Digital teams
- Manage partners tags implementation, maintain tagging plans and ensure data quality insurance for Europcar digital points of sales (web & mobile) as well as data GDPR compliance in accordance with DPO recommendations
- Manage dataLayer improvement with IT team in order to BE able to track required information,
- Implement new and innovative tools for Data collection
- Maintain and disseminate digital analytics best practices across the organization centrally and in the countries
- Make sure
- Define processes and procedures for web-analytics
- Support all ecommerce and countries teams (online marketing, online experience, mobile, B2B etc) collecting their needs and prioritizing projects
- Lead Digital agencies and collaborate on transversal projects
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal : Online experience, eCommerce, Countries teams, IT
- External : digital agencies (Tag Commander, Converteo, Google)
Qualifications
PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER
Previous experience
At least 4 years of web analytics experience in large size companies with multiple toolsets.
Experience regarding digital marketing strategies and customer experience.
Education level
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area. Masters or graduate degree preferred.
Languages
English fluent
Computer skills
Web Analytics Tools (Google Universal Analytics, Webtrends)
Tag Management Tools (ideally Tag Commander)
Excel and VBA
Business Objects, JavaScript, MS Access or SQL and general data base concepts
